He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, The Crown Council, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Boy Scouts of America, and The American Diabetes Association.
Justin W Cook, DDS, General Dentist received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and is certified in sedation dentistry with additional post-graduate training in the placement of dental implants. He offers TMJ treatment (jaw pain / clenching and grinding), minor orthodontics, surgery/extractions, dental implants, laser therapy and sleep apnea.
Before embarking on his dental career, he worked as a genetic researcher after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry.
Each year he rides in the Tour de Cure to raise money and awareness for diabetes. He also participates in the Smiles for Life campaign (www.SmilesForLife.org) to raise money for children’s charities like Cook Children’s locally and other causes around the world. He is fluent in Spanish and regularly travels to Central America with mercy groups that provide humanitarian medical, dental, and vision care. He regularly serves at the charitable dental clinic Mercy Clinic, in Fort Worth. Additionally, he provides leadership in a local troop of the Boy Scouts of America and has been accepted into the Order of the Arrow for his years of service.
Dr. Justin W. Cook, dentist in Fort Worth has been married since 1995 to his wife Teresa. Together, they have five busy children ranging in age from toddler to teenager.
He enjoys cycling, rock climbing and camping, and recently picked up wood carving as a hobby.
